Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("EULA") are concluded between you and Akira Osato ("Developer"), not with Apple. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acknowledgement
You acknowledge and agree that this EULA is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content. You further acknowledge that the Developer has reviewed the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions as of the Effective Date, and that the usage rules in this EULA do not conflict with those Apple terms. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App solely on Apple-branded Mac products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to use the App on non-Apple devices.
This license permits you to:
- Install and use the App on Mac devices you own or control
- Use the App for personal productivity and automation purposes
- Create and execute custom commands and scripts
- Access and use the App through Family Sharing or volume purchasing as permitted by Apple
This license is non-transferable. You may not sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the license to any other person or entity.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
Purchase
The App is available from the Mac App Store as a one-time purchase or through subscription. Both one-time purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and account
- All scripts and commands you create and execute through the App
- Ensuring scripts comply with applicable laws and do not harm your system
- Any consequences resulting from automated actions performed by the App
Intellectual Property
The App and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Developer. These terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or branding.
You retain ownership of all scripts, commands, and content you create using the App.
Maintenance and Support
The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
Updates and Support
The Developer may provide updates to the App from time to time. Updates may modify or remove features at the Developer's discretion. You are not obligated to install updates, but some features may require the latest version.
Support is provided through the App Store listing and in-app support channels. The Developer is not obligated to provide support but will make reasonable efforts to assist users.
Warranty and Refunds
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility, subject to the Limitation of Liability section.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The Developer's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.
Product Claims and Developer Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of yours or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of system permissions and frameworks.
The Developer is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claims. The Developer's liability to you for any claims shall not be limited except as permitted by applicable law.
In the event of any third party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist-supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Third Party Terms of Agreement
When using the App, you must comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement, including but not limited to Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and any third-party terms governing services or APIs used by the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with these third-party agreements.
Termination
These terms remain effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any of these terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
